고지방 저탄수화물 식단 1일차(LCHF)

고지방 저탄수화물 식단 1일차

고지방 저탄수화물로 식단을 진행 해보기로 했습니다.
진행 하기 전에 지방의 누명과 1부와 2부를 보고
키토제닉 카페와 현재 진행 하고있는 분의 블로그,
의사 선생님의 블로그도 참고 하였습니다.
현재 1주일 지났고 약 2kg 정도 감량을 했습니다.

1일차 아점

밖에서 식사를 해야했기 때문에 갈비탕으로 먹었습니다.
처음부터 극단적으로 탄수화물을 안먹게 되면 
힘들어질 수가 있어서 밥 반공기에 김치 몇조각을 먹었습니다. 국물은 거의 다 먹었구요.
어플로 적은 식단과 영양소는 실제로 먹은 것과 차이가 납니다.

1일차 저녁
버터에 새우를 구웠습니다.
저녁은 이정도로 먹었네요.

원래 이 식단을 할때에는 우유를 사람마다 차이는 있지만
약 2~3주 정도 먹지 않는것이 좋다고 합니다.
하지만 아내가 워낙 우유를 좋아하는지라
 상하목장 저온살균우유를
매일 1개 정도 먹고 있습니다.
