실내수영을 시작하다. 12일~20일차(발차기 연습)

수영을 하는데 있어 몸의 유연성이 절대적으로 필요하다는 것을 알게됐습니다.
항상 책상 앞에서 모니터를 보며 일을 하는 제 직업상
어깨와 목이 뻣뻣하고 발의 유연성이 떨어져서
발차기를 해도 속도를 내지 못하더군요..
아울러 어깨가 유연하지 못하니 팔돌리기 할때에도
쭉 피지 못하고, 숨을 쉴대 목과 어깨로 힘이 들어가
물속에 잠기는 현상도 있어 유연성이 절대적으로 필요하다는것을
한달가까이 수영을 하면서 알게됐습니다.
요즘 저는 어깨운동을 위해 "스트레칭로프 밴드" 로 어깨를 풀어주고 있습니다.
