실내수영을 시작하다. 4일~11일차(킥보드로 발차기 연습)

4일째 부터 킥판을 잡고 발차기 연습을 계속 했습니다.
아직 발차기가 미숙하여 앞으로 잘 나가지지 않네요.
어깨도 움직여져서 아직 연습이 많이 필요합니다.
진도 나갈때 까지는 킥보드로 발차기 연습을 계속 진행할것 같네요.
그래도, 주말에 2시간 정도 연습도 하고 시간이 지날수록
다리에 힘이 생겨서 좀 더 수훨해 지는게 느껴집니다~
